WEB Advertising
Agreement
Between
____________________________ & CompuTech Solutions Inc.
1. CompuTech Solutions Inc. (CTS) agrees to provide advertising on the Internet for the customer named above.
Said advertisement will be in the format as described in Sections 1A & 1B.
1A. Customer will be placed on a web site designed by CompuTech Solutions Inc..
Customer’s representation on said web site will represent true location.
1B. Web site will be designed to promote business for Customer.
2. Customer will provide information for placement on web site by CTS.
Information must be in a format that is tasteful and not slanderous in nature.
3. CTS has an operational web site with minimum features described in Section 3A-3D.
3B. Location of Customer’s Business placed on their map.
3C. Link to Customer’s “Business Page” for further company promotion/advertisement.
3D. Submissions to popular search engines.
4. ____1-Year Agreement. A payment of $499. is due and payable upon execution of this agreement.
____6-Month Agreement. A payment of $300. is due and payable upon execution of this agreement.
____3-Month Agreement. A payment of $200. is due and payable upon execution of this agreement.
____Link Only Agreement. A payment of $120. is due and payable upon execution of this agreement.
____Link / Sponsor Agreement. A payment of $240. is due and payable upon execution of this agreement.
Link only page provides 1 hyperlink from specified profession list page to the URL provided by Customer.
____Link from your current domain to Local Web Page $100. per year
5. An additional fee of $50. per hour is required for updates made to Customer’s “Business Page”.
An additional fee of $150 per page is required for all additional pages over the standard Customer “Business Page” (only available at time of purchase.)
6. Any and all artwork created by CompuTech Solutions Inc. (unless purchased by customer) will be sole property of CompuTech Solutions Inc. and cannot be used on another web site, cannot be resold and cannot be copied.
7. Customer’s expiration date for this web site will be ____/_____/____. CTS will provide notice of potential expiration. If the advertisement is not renewed and paid in full before Customer’s expiration date, Customer may be removed from the web site.
8. The customer agrees that CTS shall not be liable for errors or omissions in customer’s “business page” after customer has approved page. Customer will be responsible for all costs to modify the customer “business page”.
9. During the term of this contract, I/my company will hold CTS harmless and indemnify it for any problems associated with content, services offered, or other information stated on my “customer page”.
